Agronomist

Professional Ag Services, Inc. is a service company based in Pasco, WA that specializes in soil moisture monitoring and aerial photography services. Our highly trained agronomists provide proven scientific monitoring of soil moisture to support efficient irrigation practices. Our services include real-time irrigation monitoring as well as periodic monitoring using neutron probe technology.

This is an internship role for an Agronomist at Professional Ag Services, Inc. The Agronomist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to soil science, agriculture, irrigation, research, and plant nutrition. This is an on-site role located in Pasco, WA.

• Strong background in soil science, agriculture, and irrigation
• Experience in conducting research related to agronomy
• Knowledge of plant nutrition and fertilizer management

• Experience with soil moisture monitoring techniques
• Knowledge of crop production practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
