Responsibilities:


  • Assist in creating and developing design of technology functions.
  • Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs.
  • Verify and deploy programs and systems.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
  • Gather and evaluate user feedback.
  • Recommend and execute improvements.
  • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.


Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a software developer, software engineer or similar role
  • Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
  • Knowledge of coding languages: PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Swift, Kotlin, SQL
  • Knowledge of Frameworks: Git, Bootstrap
  • Knowledge of Amazon Web Services or other cloud infrastructures
  • Experience with databases
  • Ability to learn new languages and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills


Must reside in Nashville, Tennessee area or within driving distance that is practical in order to attend periodic team meetings.


Qualifications:


BS/BA in computer science, engineering, or a related field; senior level college students seeking part-time work will be considered.
