We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing franchise brand that is disrupting the floor coatings industry. With 5 years of local marketing, digital media, and brand development experience, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in implementing strategy and executing campaigns to deliver business success.


The Marketing Manager will be part of a fun & collaborative team that is helping to lead Lifetime Green Coatings into the next evolution of growth. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working at both a strategic and tactical level to achieve growth goals. This job is onsite in Carmel, IN. 


Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead marketing training and onboarding of new franchise locations
  • Hands-on support operating locations with optimized local marketing plans for their individual markets
  • Coach franchise owners on local marketing initiatives and tactics
  • Guide the analysis, creation and distribution of monthly reporting for franchisees with a focus on marketing ROI
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with agency partners
  • Oversee placement of digital media campaigns on a variety of platforms including Google and Meta
  • Ensure the voice of the customer (franchisee and end consumer) is heard and used in the development of marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with our marketing, operations and learning & development teams to ensure alignment with brand priorities
  • Become an expert in our customers, competitors, and industry
  • Search out new and emerging channels to find customers


Skill Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing; B2B experience is also a plus
  • Franchisor or multi-location marketing experience preferred
  • Ad/marketing agency or similar experience is a plus
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Excellent judgment in evaluating and executing growth opportunities 
  • Data driven with a strong analytic background to ensure location level performance metrics are tracked and utilized for continuous improvement
  • Experience with hands-on digital media placement including Google and Meta advertising
  • Solid understanding of SEO and organic social media best practices
  • High proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload under pressure
  • Excellent teamwork and time management skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Google Suite, HubSpot and social media management platforms is preferred
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
