  • Is comfortable with reading and understanding plans and specs.
  • Can travel to project sites or industry events.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred but not required).

We understand that talent and drive don’t always come with years of experience. That’s why we’re seeking someone who can grow with us, ultimately evolving into one of the highest-ranking members of our team.

Additional Responsibilities:

When not directly working with the Founder/CEO, you’ll immerse yourself in the operational aspects of the company, including:

  • Collaborating with the Operations Director and Accountant on job costing.
  • Meeting with the Estimating Team to accept the handoff from Estimating to Ops.
  • Relaying bid-phase discussions to ensure seamless project launches.
  • Helping with logistics and operational planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Perfectionist.
  • Self-disciplined self-starter.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
