Key Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate coordination meetings with the project team, guiding efforts from preconstruction through to project close-out.
  • Oversee procurement and bidding processes, develop scopes of work, organize pre-bid meetings, and evaluate bid submissions.
  • Initiate project scheduling, manage site mobilization, and coordinate permit acquisition.
  • Manage the general conditions budget, analyze cash flow, and monitor costs to ensure project profitability.
  • Support the Superintendent in handling owner issues and subcontractor relations, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
  • Coordinate company resources and oversee jobsite staff to maintain project schedule integrity.
  • Build strong working relationships with both the client and team members, fostering a collaborative project environment.
  • Administer financial elements of owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.


Qualifications


  • 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
  • Relevant experience in mission-critical or data center construction is preferred.
