GyanSys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Solutions Architect to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics, preferably with expertise in MS Azure and SAP, capable of engaging with clients, creating proposals, and driving the growth of our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of data models to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across projects.
  • Provide Architectural and Design consultative services to clients regarding their preparedness for enterprise Data platforms utilizing Microsoft, SAP, and the latest technologies.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices to maintain data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, provide insights, and develop tailored solutions. Recommend strategies to improve performance and capacity of the client’s current and future Data Warehouse landscape.
  • Drive the growth of the practice by identifying new business opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Oversee presales activities, including scoping projects, defining project plans, and estimating resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics.


What you bring to be successful

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 8-10 years in a senior role within data analytics, with expertise in Microsoft Azure and SAP.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling techniques and tools, with proficiency in designing and optimizing data structures for analytical purposes.
  • Proficiency in Azure Databricks, including experience with data processing, machine learning, and analytics workflows within the platform.
  • Strong presales experience and demonstrated success in engaging with clients, building proposals, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional comprehension skills to grasp client requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Azure, SAP, or other relevant technologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful data analytics projects.
