This is a brand new position, so we need someone that is a self starter, an outside the box thinker and has the ability to get people to believe in Rudy’s vision.

We are somewhat flexible with the arrangements for this position. Though there will be some expectations to work occasionally from our office in South Beach with the rest of our team, travel, work occasional weekends, and attend events. Pay: $2,000/mo + commission based off the value of the connections and bookings you make.

Position Overview: The Networking and Connections Manager is a key leadership role responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders, clients, partners, and industry professionals to promote Rudy's brand, business growth and collaboration. This role primarily focuses on developing and executing networking strategies to expand the organization's reach and influence within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Networking Strategy Development:

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive networking strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and key industry players to connect with for potential business opportunities.
  • Continuously explore new networking channels and platforms to expand the organization's presence and influence.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential new clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Engage in regular communication and follow-ups with industry professionals and key contacts to foster strong connections.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Identify potential collaboration opportunities and establish partnerships with other organizations to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, ensuring that they align with the company's strategic objectives.

Business Development:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential business leads and opportunities through networking efforts.
  • Participate in client meetings and pitches to showcase the organization's expertise and offerings.

Industry and Market Research: 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
  • Use market insights to identify potential areas for business expansion and strategic partnerships.
  • Research current and new potential markets with a focus on influencers and celebrities

Internal Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to align networking strategies with overall business goals.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members to foster a culture of collaboration and networking.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Maintain accurate records of networking activities, connections, and outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Network Management.
  • Have a current book of business or rolodex with industry related contacts.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Sales background preferred but not required.
  • Experience creating convincing copy for outreach and composing pitch decks.
