Our environment is fast paced, demanding, creative, rewarding, and flexible.Key Responsibilities for Technical Assistant for the Underwriting TeamOur Technical Assistants support the underwriting process from end to end for a team of production Underwriters, and includes administrative tasks that include substantial data entry and attention to detail.Submission in-take Processing and Set-up for New Business and RenewalsPolicy BindersPolicy IssuancePolicy Subjectivities follow-upMaintenance of active policiesBroker of Record verification and changesLoss run requests and issuanceQuality Assurance of Axon ProcessesAdministrative account tasks – e.g. Notice of Cancellation, Condition of non-renewalsEntering of New Producer locations and/or AgentsPolicy Forms revisionsAssistance with claimsIncidental Travel expectedBilingual (Spanish and English) requiredHybrid/fully remote work optionsQualifications, Skills and Experience:Strong organizational skillsAbility to quickly learn new technology and softwareFluent in MS Office products including ExcelProficient in English and Spanish languagesExperience in a Property & Casualty insurance environment is preferred
