Title: Supervising Attorney – Employment Class Action DepartmentLocation: Full Remote (California)Salary: $200k to $250k + 5% to 10% recovery bonusSummary:Our client is a progressive plaintiff’s firm dedicated to holding corporations accountable and protecting the rights of consumers and employees. We are seeking an experienced Supervising Attorney to lead our Class Action Department. This is a fully remote position open to candidates licensed in California and based in the Los Angeles area.Position OverviewAs Supervising Attorney of the Class Action Department, you will oversee a team of attorneys and staff handling complex class action litigation across employment, consumer protection, and related practice areas. You will guide strategic decisions, ensure case excellence, and mentor attorneys to strengthen the firm’s class action practice.ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and mentor attorneys and paralegals in the Class Action DepartmentOversee case strategy in class action and PAGA matters, from investigation through trial or settlementManage high-value cases involving wage and hour, consumer fraud, and other large-scale claimsReview, edit, and approve pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and settlement agreementsDirect complex discovery, including electronic discovery and expert witness coordinationHandle mediations, settlement negotiations, and contribute to trial preparation when necessaryDevelop and implement litigation strategies that align with firm goals and client objectivesProvide ongoing training and support to junior attorneys to promote professional growthQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolActive California Bar license in good standing5+ years of complex litigation experience with a strong background in class actionsPrior supervisory or team leadership experience requiredProven track record in handling wage & hour, PAGA, consumer, or employment class actionsSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 – $250,000 annually].
