Project Manager with Healthcare

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects within our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both healthcare and project management, with the ability to effectively lead multidisciplinary teams to successful project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, administrators, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including clinicians, IT specialists, administrators, and other relevant stakeholders, to execute project tasks efficiently and achieve project milestones.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Monitor project progress and promptly address any deviations from the plan.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting thorough reviews and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and transparent communication among team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key decisions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and other relevant artifacts, to support project governance and ensure accountability.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process, leveraging lessons learned and best practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, project management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience managing complex projects in a healthcare setting, with a deep understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving project objectives.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software applications, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
