**About the Role:**
Strategic Innovations Consulting LLC is preparing for future staffing needs and is currently seeking talent for the position of Physical Therapist. This proactive recruitment effort aims to create a pool of qualified candidates for an upcoming role. The Physical Therapist will be instrumental in helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and manage pain through therapeutic exercises and interventions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle changes to support recovery and prevent further injury.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, including HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize various physical therapy equipment and techniques effectively.
- Provide support and guidance to patients throughout their recovery process.
- Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices.
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Proven experience as a physical therapist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing physical therapy treatment plans.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with physical therapy terminology and procedures.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a physical therapist or in a related role.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Illinois preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in physical therapy will be a plus.
- Experience with various physical therapy tools and platforms is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a physical therapy program required.
