  • Collaborate with Plant and Quarry Managers to address raw material needs and priorities, reporting to Corporate Raw Materials Manager
  • Oversee exploration of non-metallic industrial minerals and coordinate geological activities across multiple projects
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and strategic planning for short, mid, and long-term projects


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Geology
  • Cement industry experience required
  • At least 10 years of experience in mining operations, including stripping, loading, hauling, drilling, blasting, and exploration. This also involves planning and scheduling.
  • Conversational Spanish skills are preferred
  • Working knowledge of MSHA regulations
