Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Type: Contract (6+ months)

Job Location: Fremont, CA

Work Schedule: Hybrid with 3 days a week on site


This position will help in migration from a legacy platform to a new platform.


Responsibilities:

  • Create business requirements documents
  • Create use cases, process flows, test cases
  • Gap analysis between legacy and new platform
  • Work with different teams such as marketing and compliance teams to create documentation and get approvals
  • Analyse the impacts of moving to a new platform
  • Provide training
  • Create reports


Qualifications:

  • Must have previous experience working in the banking industry with a focus on business banking
  • Have knowledge on various payment channels such as ACH, Wire, internal transfers, external transfers, etc.
  • Have knowledge on types of balances such as available balance, ledger balance, float, etc.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years in documentation experience
  • Ideally 10 years of experience or more
