Position Purpose:

This role requires identifying, sourcing, and placing qualified candidates in various skilled trades roles. As a key player in our staffing efforts, the position will collaborate with clients, candidates, and team members to ensure the success of skilled trades.



Key Responsibilities

  • Ideal candidates demonstrate confidence and experience conducting phone interviews, screening sessions, and expert communication over the phone.
  • Ability to develop new relationships with candidates through cold & warm calls.
  • Interviewing, screening, and hiring skilled trades manpower nationwide.
  • Exhausting all available resources, as well as creating innovative ways to identify and onboard skilled tradesmen.
  • Conduct in-person interviews, phone interviews, and locating talent that is a mutually beneficial fit with the culture at ULG Skilled Trades
  • Previous knowledge of skilled trades is not required - ideal candidate would have some sort of management or recruiting background.
  • Ability to organize and understand capabilities of skilled trade work groups and dispatch accordingly based on contractor needs and company priority


Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalate
  • 1 year of recruiting or sales experience
