  • This project will replace the current Enigma Screen application, which is used to perform OFAC and Sanctions Screening for the Enterprise.

Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)

  • These roles will support not only the Global Sanctions (OFAC) Screening replacement project but also a transaction screening project that’s soon to be formally announced. Projects are closely related in terms of delivery team, stakeholders, and functionality… so the baseline value proposition Is having one team of capable resources in place to drive both efforts, rather than 2 separate teams. Sanctions is time-critical due to end of life/end of support concerns with the current platform in Aug of 2025. So team really cannot afford any false starts in getting the right team in place to drive the programs forward. With that as preamble, here’s what the roles will need:


  • Extensive experience managing major programs at Client.
  • Extensive experience driving multi-workstream / multi-project engagements to coordinated delivery plans and go-lives.
  • Operational familiarity with Truist project management (PMLC) and technology delivery (TDLC) processes.
  • Extensive experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders to report status, generate sponsor engagement and drive to decisions
  • Extensive experience creating and delivering change management materials.
  • Extensive experience engaging with software vendor resources to drive delivery execution to timeline and budget.
  • Account leadership/support team that’s directly accountable for driving successful results for Client' LOB and Enterprise Technology teammates. .


Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)

  • Bachelor’s degree or other relevant work experience.
  • Program Management Experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management and product owner.


Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:(Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)

  • 2+ years of experience working on or with Agile teams.
  • College Degree in Computer Science, Math or related field of study.
  • SAFe Scrum Master Certification or Certified Scrum Manager or other industry recognized Scrum Master certification.

Experience with Agile tools such as Rally, or PMLC.
