Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in SCADA system management or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

  • Familiarity with PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, and other industrial control hardware

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all SCADA systems, including schematics, configurations, and procedures
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in SCADA technology and industry trends
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team
  • Develop and maintain standards for SCADA system and ensure application to capital upgrade projects
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SCADA-related inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on SCADA operations and projects
  • Budget Management:
  • Develops, manages and submits budgets to Senior Management; maintaining five-year capital improvement budget; reviewing previous year budget expenses; submitting budget forms; obtaining quotes; inputting requisitions and process invoices in the Financial Information System
  • Monitor expenses and optimize resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
