Procurement Analyst

Financial Services

Hybrid – 2 days/week on-site in Trenton, NJ

A leader in the mortgage industry is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join their growing procurement team


This role offers direct exposure to the Head of Procurement and will assist with vendor management and analytics, market research, and tactical procurement activities. The Procurement Analyst will oversee the indirect categories including corporate and functional areas.


Job Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic sourcing team with analytics including vendor spend, savings calculations, and activity.
  • Gather market research for benchmarking on vendors
  • Collaborate with business owners to build requirements and Service Level Agreements to assist in bidding events to create Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Analyze agreements in need of renewal


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or vendor management
  • Ability to review and understand basic contracts
  • Experience with Conga contracts, or a similar application
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
