Responsibilities:

  • Treat projects as your own, giving precise attention to detail and adherence to survey fundamentals.
  • Master and regularly adjust surveying equipment to maintain top-notch performance.
  • Employ creativity to tackle challenging project requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with superintendents, foremen, and project managers to provide premier surveying services.
  • Address survey-related challenges promptly, proposing effective solutions to keep construction progress on schedule.
  • Identify problems quickly with solutions to save our clients time and money.
  • Prioritize safety and maintain detailed records of survey data and project progress.
  • Stay updated with the latest surveying technologies and tools and provide guidance to junior staff.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Surveyor with expertise in construction staking and layout work.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in using survey equipment: Total Station, GPS devices, and data collectors.
  • Strong understanding of construction plans, engineering drawings, and surveying fundamentals.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection.
  • Demonstrated resilience and commitment to meeting demanding project requirements.
  • Disciplined adherence to survey fundamentals.
