A construction firm located in Rosemont seeks an outgoing and detail-oriented Receptionist to join their team in a temporary capacity. The position will be every Friday during the summer months. The Receptionist will be responsible for fielding and routing all incoming phone calls, ensure the common areas are organized, and stock the kitchen. The hours for this role is 8:00am-4:30pm. The compensation for this role is $19-20/hr.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

  • Answer phones and respond to emails in a respectful, professional manner
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive attitude
  • Schedule meetings and conference room use
  • Create a range of paper documents such as mailings and brochures
  • Maintain office supply inventory


Requirements of the Receptionist:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Powerpoint
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptionally detail oriented
