You will help build our company’s portfolio by utilizing your attention to detail and time management skills to ensure timely, accurate, and thorough work for Murphy Company.Your Day-to-Day at Murphy Company Marketing:Create, post, and maintain all social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedInHR assist with internal events and internal communications (i.e Newsletter, Company Picnic, Front Desk)Manage new employee headshots and submissions for NewsletterMaintain and update prequalifications and update OneNote with most recent informationMaintain and update items on the IntranetAssist Marketing Coordinator and/or Manager with Proposal requestsMake Salesforce updates/Database maintenanceUpdate Project Profiles and Resumes on a quarterly basisAssist with scheduling project site visits and take progress photosAttend/Assist with trade shows and client related eventsHR Admin:Front Desk coverage – potentially 2 to 3 days per week at lunchtime, also on scheduled PTO days / sick days when needed and schedule allowsProvide back up support for call queue – if rotation does not pick upLabor Chart assist – provide assist to Labor teamSafety Scanning – provide assist to Safety CoordinatorPlotter – printing large drawingsPrint jobs for marketing needsNew hire SWAG Bags – keep stock ready and filled for new hiresName plates for cubicle locationsEstimating / PreCon:Assist with proposals, Salesforce updates and related administrative tasksWhat We Will Bring to the Table A collaborative, family-friendly work environmentCompetitive pay and an excellent benefits package, including health and life insurance, a robust wellness program, 401(k), and profit sharing.A personal time off plan that rivals our competitors
