Primary Areas of Responsibility:

● Create and execute appropriate learning and teaching activities.

● Exercise effective classroom management with the use of fair and consistent standards and appropriate sanctions that are clearly articulated to the students.

● Possess strong knowledge, skills, and experience in working with students with specific learning disabilities, ADHD, and health diagnoses such as anxiety, Possess strong knowledge of secondary education curriculum, Write and maintain Accommodation Plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college/university
  • Certification by the Wisconsin DPI teaching license preferred, not required
  • Background in Catholic faith preferred, not required
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with students, staff, and administration
  • Great communication skills, particularly with parents/guardians and colleagues;
  • A desire for continuous improvement
  • Experience with educational tech tools
  • Willingness and desire to become involved in the wider school community through club moderation, coaching, etc;
