Oracle Cloud ERP Order Management Consultant
Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay Rate: $96/hr.
6 month assignment
On behalf of our client one of the largest ridesharing companies. The Financial Solutions team, part of the broader CIO organization, is seeking a proactive and collaborative self-starter to support its mission of establishing a best-in-class Order Management solution through the implementation of the Oracle Cloud ERP application. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a deep understanding of Order processes, configuring Oracle Cloud ERP Order Management modules, and supporting the organization's business needs. This position involves working with multiple stakeholders and contributing to the design, build, and implementation of best-practice Order Management processes in a high-growth organization.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare design documents, configurations, testing plans, validation results, and training materials for Oracle Cloud ERP Order Management using approved tools and templates.
- Design best-in-class processes and solutions for stakeholders in Member Experience, Finance, and Quote to Order teams.
- Build solutions and guide business users in areas such as Order to Cash, Returns and Exchanges, Warranty Management, Service Orders, and Subscriptions.
- Collaborate with cross-domain Financial Solutions teams and business partners to develop and test cross-functional solutions.
- Analyze business problems to develop sustainable long-term solutions as well as quick tactical fixes.
- Design and test integrations and conversions within the Order to Cash domain during large-scale company transformations.
- Communicate complex concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Document business requirements, analyze existing or new applications, propose potential solutions, and execute the selected technology implementations.
- Provide support for problem-solving, conflict resolution, and adapting to tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+years of hands-on experience with Oracle Order Management modules, including Order to Cash, Service Orders, and Payment Card Processing.
- Advanced degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of Order and Service Management in ERP systems.
- Experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Oracle Cloud and Oracle Subscriptions expertise.
- Background in tech, retail, or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with Agile (SCRUM) methodologies.
- Programming skills in a relevant language.
