Our client is looking for a temporary HR Specialist to join their team.


Title: Bilingual HR Specialist (Contract)


Contract Duration: 3+ months

Start Date: October 21st


Location: Evergreen, CO

Compensation: $28 - $36 per hour

Work Schedule: Hybrid (1-2 days in office per week)

Hours: 7AM – 4PM, 7:30AM – 4:30PM, or 8AM – 5P


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Oversee open enrollment processes and benefits administration.
  • Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including timekeeping and attendance.
  • Administer employee leave requests and benefits changes.
  • Organize employee events and company meetings.
  • Schedule and manage executive calendars and meeting arrangements.
  • Use HRIS to manage employee data and process transactions.
  • Provide support to employees regarding HRIS issues and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and maintain HR documentation.


Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of HR experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with an HRIS system, specifically ADP.
  • Some exposure to payroll processes.
