We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will champion both internal and external users of our Salesforce platform.


Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Certified Administrator to join our dynamic team as a key player in managing and optimizing our CRM platform. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and best practices, coupled with a minimum of four years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration. As a Salesforce Certified Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our CRM system and ensuring its alignment with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. System Configuration and Maintenance:
  • Execute and oversee Salesforce configuration tasks, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and other administrative functions.
  • Manage user profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure secure and efficient access to data.
  1. User Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce features and functionalities.
  • Supports Clients using Salesforce Communities.
  • Address and resolve user inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements.
  1. Customization and Development:
  • Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom solutions when necessary.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce updates and new features, assessing their potential impact on the organization.
  1. Data Management:
  • Implement and maintain data governance policies to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and execute data migration strategies when required.
  1. Integration and Automation:
  • Work closely with the integration users to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
  • Skilled in supporting Salesforce integrations, including Conga, DocuSign, SpringCRM, HubSpot, and Accounting Seed.
  • Implement and maintain automation processes to streamline business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is mandatory.
  • Experience with Apex, SFTP, Process Builder, and Workflows required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Minimum of four years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Familiarity with Apex code and Visualforce development.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies.
