Analytical detailed energetic individual looking to continue their career in the mortgage industry. Duties include managing the loan process from contract to close. Experience in a variety of conforming, non-conforming and government loans a must. Must have good verbal communication skills. Must be willing to work in the office from 8:30 to 5:30 each day. Excellent growth opportunity and invaluable training on an industry with excellent growth potential.


Responsibilities

Manage pipeline with constant follow-up. Close all loans smooth and on time. Must understand income and asset calculations. Will keep the referral sources updated on the progress, and look for opportunities to ask for current client referrals.


Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be organized, analytical and detailed. This business is somewhat chaotic at times so working in chaos while maintaining focus and emotions is a plus. Pay is commensurate with experience.
