Responsibilities:


  • Collaborating with sales staff and clients on HVAC equipment research, design, and installation.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand project requirements, evaluate costs, and perform heat loss and gain calculations.
  • Research design concepts, develop budgetary concept drawings, and review equipment selection with vendors.
  • Analyze existing HVAC systems, identify inefficiencies, and devise optimization solutions. Stay updated on relevant codes and standards and assist with field changes and as-built drawings.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, 3-5 years of HVAC system design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp 3D, or similar software.
  • Strong communication skills and punctuality are essential.
  • Navisworks proficiency and sales experience are advantageous. Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is a plus.
