Responsible for providing analytical support to the finance and accounting team including assisting with the preparation, coordination and documentation of financial analysis projects and reports.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain various financial models and standard templates ensuring quality, accuracy and analytical review
  • Analyze key performance and financial metrics utilizing business intelligence (BI) and dashboard applications
  • Benchmark company performance against industry peers and other industries
  • Support Operations, IT, Sales, Marketing and other functions within the company on financial and operational controls and performance metrics
  • Perform monthly variance analysis with plans and forecasts
  • Produce quarterly and monthly financial reports
  • Analyze financial information and provide accurate and timely analysis to management
  • Support management with in-depth ad-hoc reporting analysis
  • Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting and analysis against historical and forecasted results
  • Administer ad-hoc special projects to improve productivity and process efficiencies as assigned by management
  • Maintain and develop financial models to support business initiatives
  • Execute the company’s service center P&L system
  • Maintain forecasting processes


Job Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field


Experience:

  • 2 years of experience working as a financial analyst or in a related role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP
  • Experience with Business Intelligence preferred
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated
