Description:

Function as the "scrub technologist" in the surgical suite and other clinical areas


Responsibilities include:

Selection and set-up of the sterile table with instruments, supplies, and equipment

Passing instruments to the surgeon during procedures

Maintaining sterile technique and caring for instruments post-procedure


Shift Options:

Full-Time:

Average 40 hours weekly, 10-hour Day shift

Average 40 hours weekly, 8-hour Day shift

Average 36 hours weekly, 12-hour Day shift

Average 36 hours weekly, 12-hour Evening shift

Average 36 hours weekly, 12-hour Night shift


Required Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of a course in Surgical Technology

Certifications: Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Experience scrubbing into surgeries (not just shadowing)


Sign-on Bonus: Up to $20,000 for eligible external hires meeting qualifications and conditions, typically paid in 3 increments

Relocation Assistance: Available for candidates living 50+ miles away, handled by Global Mobility Solutions (GMS)
