Case Manager RN - $45/hr (Massachusetts)
Fully remote position but candidate must be residing in Massachusetts.
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-directed Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our healthcare team remotely in Massachusetts. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $45 and the opportunity to facilitate comprehensive care for members with complex healthcare needs or rising health risks, promoting their optimal health from the comfort of your own home.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust ability to document specific, measurable care activities that address actionable behaviors and goals, showcasing proficiency across multiple IT systems. A strong awareness of cultural and demographic diversity is essential for effectively managing patient needs. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in diverse clinical settings and preferably have a background in utilization management. Active RN licensure in Massachusetts is required for this position, and licensure in additional states is considered a plus.
