this position offers an opportunity to grow within a global fragrance company. the assistant acts as a key point of contact in supporting the ceo, president, director of public relations + marketing and sales team. the ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and implementation of marketing, sales, and administrative projects with a passion for the beauty industry.


key responsibilities:

essential duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned.

·      conduct weekly team meetings and maintain agenda and calendar

·      provide administrative support to sales team

·      assist in product development and rollout

·      perform general office maintenance; manage inventory of office and production supplies

·      assist sales team by conducting market research, updating and auditing store locations, processing payments and returns, order entry, retailer communication support

·      assist director of public relations by creating press kits and processing editorial requests

·      provide customer service as needed

·      offer ideas for partnerships and contribute to the lifestyle by kai blog and kai social media

·      work with ceo and accounting to process billing, banking and filing
