Calculated Hire is in search of a Loan Servicing Representative I for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:


Role Overview: As a Loan Servicing Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring post-closing compliance and accuracy of loan documents. Your primary responsibilities include reviewing Closing Disclosures, reconciling fees and non-numeric information, conducting thorough research, and maintaining effective communication with internal partners and Settlement Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review Closing Disclosures post-closing to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Reconcile fees and non-numeric information.
  • Conduct detailed research using loan documents and online databases.
  • Communicate with internal partners and Settlement Agents via phone and email.
  • Update and maintain the system of record with accurate information.
  • Handle the shipping function by reviewing physical Closing Disclosures and preparing checks for mail.

Organizational Structure:

  • You will be part of the only group responsible for the post-closing review of loans, ensuring all processes are compliant with trade and government mortgage regulations.
  • Your work will involve background checks on compliance, reviewing closing documents, updating disclosures, and ensuring all fees are accurately recorded.
  • Tasks will be assigned within an internal system that is used to track and manage responsibilities.

Function:

  • This role is compliance-focused, continuously ensuring all loans meet regulatory and internal standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
