Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.


Description:

Join a leading family-run bag supplier in the promotional products industry in Woodstock who prints environmentally friendly paper, plastic, non-woven, and cotton bags. We are now hiring for a Billing Specialist to work the first shift, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Our friendly, prestigious and fast-paced organization has been in business for almost three decades and prides itself on its state-of-the-art printing technologies.

Billing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review, process and distribute customer invoices & credit memos
  • Prepare and send-out customer prepayment requests
  • Post customer payments and any cash receipts daily
  • Respond to customer’s inquiries regarding open invoices, prepayments and past dues
  • Communicate with customers and team members about billing discrepancies and questions.


Billing Specialist Qualifications

  • 2 years in invoicing/receivables preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
