We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive our IT strategy and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Manage and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Lead and execute IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Possess a deep understanding of CRM systems, APIs, and security best practices to optimize operations.
• Implement and manage asset management software to streamline IT inventory and maintenance.
• Develop and execute strategies for application development and deployment.
• Effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling presentations to various audiences.
• Leverage expertise in Google Workspace to enhance IT operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager, Supervisor, Team Lead or in a similar role.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, APIs, and IT security principles.
• Proficiency in asset management software and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing IT teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace preferred.
