Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Backend Developer with a strong background in FastAPI to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of building and maintaining scalable web applications, a passion for clean and efficient code, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using FastAPI.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and efficient applications.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Write and maintain comprehensive API documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Backend Developer with a focus on FastAPI.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Python frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Neo4j).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry or working with HL7/FHIR/DICOM standards.
