About Us:
Join a leading IAM consulting partner dedicated to delivering innovative identity and access management solutions. We are looking for a skilled NetIQ Consultant to work on an exciting project with one of our key clients. This is a 100% remote position, open only to permanent US residents.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their IAM requirements and design effective NetIQ solutions.
  • Implement and configure NetIQ/ OpenText IAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide technical expertise and hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to NetIQ/ OpenText IAM deployments.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users and administrators.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with NetIQ/ OpenText IAM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with the implementation and configuration of NetIQ/ OpenText IAM tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a permanent resident of the United States.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with related technologies such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and Active Directory.
  • Previous consulting experience is highly desirable.
