Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Feldman Legal Group in Tampa, FL, or atlanta georgia. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiation, and practicing law in the areas of employment law, including contracts, wages, civil rights, whistleblower, and even false claim act cases.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Law and Labor and Employment Law helpful
  • federal litigation experience helpful
  • Strong skills in Legal Advice and Research
  • Proficiency in Negotiation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • must be an excellent legal writer
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar in Florida or state bar of georgia
  • desire to become trial lawyer and to handle cases
  • 2 years solid litigation experience
