TBG has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Westbury, NY area. We are seeking a bilingual spanish HR professional to join their growing team.


Onsite

Hourly: $22-$23


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for employees and provides support in regards to questions concerning various HR policies and procedures, employee relations issues, and complaints
  • Responsible for recruitment of Non-Exempt positions in coordination with the other HR team members, which includes prescreening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, new hire orientation and onboarding
  • Responsible for new hire data entry in HRIS and E-Verify
  • Responsible for processing of terminations, including documentation, exit interviews, and updating databases
  • Assist with benefits orientation as needed
  • Trains end users on HRIS
  • Provide general information for FMLA and leaves-of-absence and assist with leave management process as needed


Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent required, Associate’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years of HR experience or related experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
