Position: Finance Manager

SBU: Fresh Fruit


Requirements for the position:

  • Experience and knowledge of the fresh fruit market in the USA and Mexico.
  • Experience in the fresh fruit production, packing, and distribution industry.
  • Previous experience as CFO or related positions.
  • Possesses business sense, understanding of business strategy, financial management, and identification of risks and opportunities (financial and business).
  • Fluent in English (conversational)


Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide relevant financial information and analysis, collaborating with the Fresh Fruit unit management, ensuring that business and financial objectives are aligned.
  • Implement controls and procedures for risk identification and mitigation (compliance).
  • Implement tools and tracking dashboards to evaluate and manage business performance.
  • Design and develop the Finance and Administration talent team and area.
  • Ensure short, medium, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Support in the financial analysis of Capex, M&A, and Due Diligence processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control activities and promote the Control Environment.
