Set Solutions, a Trace3 Company is looking for a Cisco Voice Technician/Admin to support a client in the Minneapolis area (hybrid schedule).
***Note this position is not internal to Trace3's professional services team but is dedicated to a valued end client.
We are looking for a talented Cisco Voice Administrator with specialized experience in Cisco UC technology to join our dynamic team. As a Cisco Voice Administrator, you will play a crucial role moves, adds, changes and support of our network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Call Manager and Unity, troubleshoot solutions
- Support Cisco UCCE solutions to meet business requirements and ensure optimal performance. Cisco UCCE experience is not required because they can train.
- Work on Unified CM, CVP, CUCM, Finesse, and other related technologies.
System Administration and Maintenance:
- Perform day-to-day administration tasks for Cisco voice solutions, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Conduct regular maintenance activities, such as software upgrades, patch management, and system backups.
Integration and Collaboration:
- Work closely with network engineers, system administrators, and application developers to integrate UCCE with existing systems and applications.
End-User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support to end-users and helpdesk staff, troubleshooting voice-related issues and resolving tickets in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor system performance and analyze call data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and recommend enhancements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
