Senior Construction Manager

As a Senior Construction Manager you will be providing leadership and direction in construction policies, vendor relationships, training and development, subcontractor, and supplier relationships.

* You will be involved in ground up construction, remodels and renovations providing project leadership and guidance.
* You will lead cross functional work groups, including design, procurement, operations, IT/Network, and finance.
* You will be directing as many as 25+ external vendors per project comprising General Contractors, A&E design teams, commissioning agents, equipment suppliers, etc.
* You will have progressive experience in successfully managing commercial construction projects or programs
* You will possess strong working knowledge and experience of the design of and construction in various geographies in North America.
