Pay Range:$15/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Answers phones, and general questions and assists with walk in traffic.
- Provides support for the Flight Management Staff completing special projects and other duties as assigned by a Supervisor/Manager.
- Processes reimbursements, assists in the administration of pilot leaves (LTD/FMLA/MLOA/IOD), personnel file management, iPad updates, webpage updates, processes emergency travel requests, issues/logs uniform items, training hotel requests, parking hangtags, ID’s and SIDA badges.
- Ability to travel to and provide support for co-terminal (IAD) and satellite (BWI) stations.
- Collaborates with various departments within as well as outside of the company.
- Completes special projects and other duties as assigned by a Supervisor/Manager.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills:Familiarity with the pilot collective bargaining agreement, Ability to type 25 to 49 wpm,Knowledge of SABRE (DECS and RES)
- High School diploma or GED equivalency.
- Familiarity with the pilot collective bargaining agreement.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Knowledge of MS Publisher.
- Knowledge of SABRE (DECS and RES).
- Strong customer service skills both telephone and face to face.
- Ability to take ownership; prioritize tasks, work well with minimal supervision and manage a large number of projects simultaneously.
- Ability to type 25 to 49 wpm.
- Must fulfil FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to DCA/IAD/BWI airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
