Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, for Private Practice in Bentonville, AR. The role involves providing Behavioral Health services through in-person and telehealth sessions, conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions, and accepting most insurance providers while offering discounts for self-pay clients. This is a 1099 contract position. Year-end productivity bonus. Offering a furnished office, access to the EHR, and Dial Pad services, Regular staffing, a flexible schedule, and Professional development opportunities. Administrative Assistant and Billing Specialist will provide, billing, scheduling, and re-credentialing services.


Qualifications

  • Clinical Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapist
  • Experience in Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Intervention
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct face-to-face and telehealth therapy sessions
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and documentation
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in Arkansas
  • Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist
  • At least 3 years of trauma-focused experience.
  • Trained in EMDR or ACT preferred
