Location: Remote from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area Type: Full-timeReports to: Founder / Principal RecruiterAbout the RoleWe are a boutique legal recruiting firm based in Dallas, Texas and working with law firms across Texas and beyond. We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Legal Recruiting Coordinator to support core recruiting operations, sourcing, and candidate management. The candidate MUST be based in Texas.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure behind the scenes, working in LinkedIn Recruiter daily, and helping a recruiting practice run efficiently and professionally.Core ResponsibilitiesMarket Mapping & IntelligenceCreate, update, and maintain market maps by practice area and Texas marketTrack firms, practice groups, headcount trends, and key attorney movementEnsure data accuracy and consistency across market-mapping documentsLinkedIn Recruiter Projects & PipelinesCreate and maintain LinkedIn Recruiter projectsOrganize candidates by search, stage, and priorityKeep pipelines clean, current, and searchableTag and categorize candidates for long-term sourcing effortsLinkedIn Job Postings & Initial OutreachDraft, post, and manage LinkedIn job postingsConduct initial outreach to prospective candidatesCoordinate scheduling of introductory calls/interviewsTrack responses and follow-ups to ensure no candidate falls through the cracksResearch & Sourcing SupportResearch attorneys and prospects for active and future searchesIdentify candidates based on firm, practice area, geography, and experience levelSupport proactive sourcing and pipeline developmentContact Management & Follow-UpMaintain accurate contact records in the ATS and Google SheetsAssist with follow-up messaging and outreach sequencesHelp ensure consistent, professional communication with candidatesRequired Experience & SkillsExperience2+ years of experience working in a recruiting, staffing, or talent-focused roleHands-on experience with:LinkedIn RecruiterGoogle Sheets & Google DriveDripifyA recruiting ATS (law firm or professional services experience is a plus)SkillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable managing multiple projects and pipelines simultaneouslyStrong written communication skillsAbility to work independently and proactivelyTech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and workflowsStrongly PreferredLegal industry or professional services recruiting experienceFamiliarity with Texas legal marketsExperience supporting a boutique or founder-led recruiting firmWhat We OfferFlexible work environment (role can work remotely from DFW)Direct exposure to legal recruiting strategy and market intelligenceOpportunity to grow with a boutique recruiting firmCollaborative, professional, and respectful work culture
