Pay Rate: $60k - $72k (+10% bonus)

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Four-year degree with emphasis in civil / structural engineering
  • Two years of experience in the communication tower industry preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge in TNX Tower, RISA 3D, AutoCAD, L-Pile and other software a plus but will provide training
  • Knowledge with the various building codes and standards, IBC, TIA Rev H, ACI, ASCE – 7
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
  • Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team


Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is partnering with a leading organization in the Wireless Infrastructure space who is currently looking for a Design Engineer to join their Structural Engineering team. This Engineer will be focused on supporting/maintaining the structural integrity of our clients Tower Portfolio across the United States. This position requires to work onsite 5x/week.
