Associate Attorney

Packard and Dierking, LLC is seeking a full-time associate to join our firm. We are looking for a person who takes pride in being highly organized, a critical thinker, and an excellent communicator. The person must be licensed to practice law in Colorado with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate, land use, business, and corporate law. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, time management, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, a plus. The candidate must also have exceptional grammar, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading skills, and the ability to work effectively, problem solve, and work independently without constant supervision. The candidate must be willing to learn from and work closely with, various members of the firm, and be able to cultivate and maintain client relationships while being comfortable with direct client contact.

The firm covers attorney expenses including CLE, registration, and bar dues.

This position is eligible for a partial hybrid schedule, bonus pay, underground paid parking, 401(k) matching, health, vision, and life insurance, short-term disability insurance, and paid time off.

Compensation range: $120,000 to $150,000 annually. Compensation is based on qualifications and experience.
