Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant with a strong background in the steel industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of steel plant operations and processes. This role involves providing expert consultancy services to clients, optimizing their processes, and demonstrating the value of our products. Experience with SQL and the ability to effectively sell and demo our solutions are significant advantages.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working at a steel company, with in-depth knowledge of steel plants and operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Experience with SQL is a plus
  • Sales and product demonstration experience is a plus


Preferred Requirements:

  • Ability to understand complex business processes and technical requirements
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in business consulting or a similar role


Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultancy services to clients in the steel industry
  • Analyze and understand clients' business processes and requirements
  • Develop and implement solutions to optimize steel plant operations
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
  • Ensure successful implementation and integration of PSI Metals' products in clients' operations.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients to maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
