Sales Manager

L.A. Life Regional Center is a federally authorized company that brings in foreign investment to US development projects through the EB-5 program. Our target investors are high net-worth Chinese individuals, both here in the US and abroad, who are seeking US residency and a Green Card. This position entails locating and securing investors into our development projects.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of the Chinese-American business community and an extensive professional and personal network to produce targeted leads. The Sales Manager will be independently responsible for identifying potential investors, introducing them to our development projects, detailing the investment and immigration process, and ultimately securing their investment.
This is primarily an off-site position, but with regular communication and collaboration with the management team. Requirements are as follows:
Responsibilities
- Recruit high net worth immigrant investors for our development projects
- Develop relationships with potential referral sources
- Networking within the southern CA Chinese-American business community
- Making sales presentations to referral partners and individual investors about our projects
- Guiding investors through the investment and related immigration process
- Securing investors into our projects
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Strong professional and personal network in the southern CA Chinese-American community
- Knowledge of the EB-5 program and related immigrant visas
- Experience in real estate securities and investment
- Excellent sales drive and deal closing skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
