Computer Support Associate I - Infrastructure

Location – Atwood, Kansas

Duration – 6+ months contract with possible extension

Infrastructure Engineer

Additional Information:

• This is for one, 1st shift position (7 am to 3:30 pm) - will work ONSITE

• OT is possible

• Metatarsals are required on the first day

• Some travel between SurePoint Ag and SurePoint Electronics locations using personal vehicle is possible

• The manager is looking for candidates who will not have to relocate far for this position.

Job Description:

• Provide onsite deskside support to the SurePoint Ag location through performing the following duties

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals

• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions.

• Knowledge of computer security policies and a general overall knowledge of computer security concepts.

• 1 year or more IT experience preferred, but recent college graduates will be considered

Education Requirements:

• Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - High School or secondary diploma or equivalent

At this time, the position has only been approved for 6 months.

Business casual dress code. Will need metatarsal shoes for first day of assignment.

Cross border work is not permitted for this role.
