Your Responsibilities

  • Immerse yourself in our operations, meticulously reviewing protocols, reports, and supporting documents to ensure precision, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
  • Conduct phase inspections of ongoing study activities, offering immediate feedback and assistance to ensure continuous compliance throughout the process.
  • Execute thorough facility audits, guaranteeing every department adheres fully to regulatory requirements, leaving no aspect un-inspected in our pursuit of excellence.
  • Lead and actively participate in audits to maintain uniformity within the department, fostering a culture of compliance and excellence across all levels.
  • Generate, distribute, and meticulously monitor reports detailing audit and inspection findings, ensuring transparency and accountability at all stages.
  • Leverage your expertise to identify, assess, and implement best practices, promoting continuous improvement and innovation throughout our operations.
  • Take charge of developing and implementing comprehensive training programs, acting as a mentor and resource for new and junior staff to ensure our team possesses the necessary knowledge and skills to thrive.
  • Engage in effective collaboration and negotiation with staff, clients, and management to garner support for quality assurance initiatives, representing QA interests in various forums.


Qualifications for Success

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent education and experience, providing a strong foundation for success in this position.
  • Two to three years of relevant technical experience and/or training, including a minimum of two years of auditing experience in a GLP-regulated environment, showcasing your valuable expertise from the outset.
  • Professional certification such as RQAP-GLP or ASQ-CQA is preferred, underscoring your dedication to excellence and adherence to the highest industry benchmarks.
