Aircraft Leasing Paralegal

We are exclusively recruiting for a leading aircraft leasing company that is looking for a Paralegal or Senior Paralegal to join their team to join their team.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the legal team with documentation and transactional support.
  • Structure and prepare various legal documents and agreements, including lease modifications, side agreements, conditions precedent, and corporate approvals.
  • Prepare documents in support of lease agreements, restructuring deals, and warranties.
  • Manage sale closures, ensuring all required documentation is accurately delivered and completed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on transactional workflows.
  • Confirm that all transactional documentation is properly prepared, completed, and filed as required.
  • Draft and review essential documents such as leases, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized, secure filing of documents according to company guidelines.


Experience:

  • Prior experience working in an aircraft lessor or law firm preferred
  • Relevant qualification
  • Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents
